Building on the unanimous passage out of the Energy & Commerce Committee in the House of Representatives, the Senate version of the legislation will be moving forward this week. On Thursday, November 19 the Committee on Commerce, Science, & Transportation will vote on the Local Community Radio Act, taking an important step forward towards passage.
