Senate Bill 312, the Local Community Radio act of 2005, was proposed by Senators John McCain, Patrick Leahy, and Maria Cantwell, and is intended to expand LPFM service. We at the Prometheus Radio Project are very excited about this legislation, and need your help to ensure that this bill gets through!

Contact your Congressperson
The most effective thing you can do right now is contact your congressperson and tell them to support S.312 the Local Community Radio act of 2005. A simple phone call is best, though you might also send an e-mail, fax, or mail a written letter. Should you choose to write, you may wish to include our congressional brief with your letter.
